In servicing our customer’s needs Rhino’s Turf Equipment assumes that all customers, or their assigned representatives requesting parts for repair of their equipment have been properly trained and understand and solely accept the risks associated with making proper repairs or operating equipment in a safe, prescribed manner. In some cases manufacturers may warrant the parts or supplies sold to the customer. Rhino’s Turf Equipment conveys no additional warranties, express or otherwise implied, pertaining directly to their products. Rhino’s Turf Equipment cannot be held accountable for customer errors or omissions of information when ordering which may result in delays or incorrect parts being shipped. Rhino’s Turf equipment assumes no liability, direct or indirect, punitive, consequential, or any other damages to private or commercial entities resulting from misuse of equipment, errors in the use of parts for repair of equipment, or information provided for the safe operation of equipment sold to our customers by Rhino’s Turf Equipment. All sales are final. No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number, in most cases a 20% restocking fee will be applied. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer except on orders shipped in error by Rhino’s Turf Equipment. SPECIAL ORDERS ARE NOT RETURNABLE. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the proper information is provided at the time they are placing their orders. Prices are subject to change. We reserve the right to change prices without changing any of our web pages. We will NOT process any order in without the expressed approval of the customer if the price is different that published.
